Menu Diet Sarapan Pagi : Roti Tuna Guling


السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Selamat pagi semua! Lambat bersiaran pagi isnin ni. Almaklumlah pagi isnin yang sibuk dengan pelbagai benda yang nak dibuat setelah bercuti 2 hari. Padahal rutin Fiza setiap hari sama je sibuknya. Saja nak bagi dramatic sikit macam orang lain juga update kesibukan hari isnin.

Mood update blog agak merundum sejak akhir-akhir ni mungkin lebih focus pada gaya hidup yang lebih sihat. Misi nak kuruslah katakan. Mula-mula misi diet hari tu sangat rajin update menu sarapan, minum pagi, makan tengahari, minum petang, makan malam dan minum malam. Tapi lama-lama tak menyempat nak buat semua tu kalau dah sibuk. Sekali sekala kalau sempat barulah update.

Kalau korang dah follow instagram Fiza mesti adalah ternampak Fiza post menu-menu diet setiap hari. Kadang-kadang ada juga cheat day tu. Tak larat oiiii kalau hari-hari makan menu tanpa garam, memang tak rasa apa. Kalau tanpa minyak tanpa gula tu Fiza boleh terima lagi tapi kalau tanpa garam memang agak tough juga nak menjayakan misi kurus. Sebab tu adanya cheat day.

Fiza nak kongsikan beberapa menu diet yang Fiza amalkan selama Fiza berdiet ni berpandukan diet yang betul ( Diet Eat Clean). Untuk hari ni Fiza kongsikan menu diet untuk sarapan pagi iaitu Roti Tuna Guling original resepi dari Aizat Razak.

Roti Tuna Guling

Bahan-bahan
Roti Wholemeal
Daun Salad
Tuna in water ( Fiza beli ayam brand-Flakes in water)
Telur putih sahaja

Cara Masak
1. Letak salad atas sekeping roti wholemeal
2. Letak satu sudu tuna in water kemudian gulungkan. Pinkan menggunakan lidi
3. Celupkan roti yang bergulung tadi dalam telur putih kemudian goreng atas kuali non stick tanpa minyak. Masak dengan cara guling-guling je. Siap!

Mudah dan cepat kan. Bagi korang yang tak amalkan diet tu boleh letak mayonis dan white pepper untuk perasa dan lagi sedap! Untuk yang diet cukup sekadar apa yang ada je. Nama pun diet. Inilah menu sarapan diet yang paling Fiza suka.
