Resepi Ayam Panggang Madu Black Pepper


السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Resepi ayam panggang madu black pepper ni bukan versi diet ye sebab ayam tu bahagian peha bukan bahagian dada. Bahagian peha ni agak berlemak sikit. Kira bolehlah makan untuk mereka yang berdiet sebab panggang kan. Bahan-bahan pun agak lari sikit dari bahan untuk menu diet. Bukan apa, sesekali teringin makan ayam panggang yang super sedap. Kalau panggang bahagian dada tu agak kering sebab tak berminyak lansung.

Kalau masak bahagian peha ni isinya sangat lembut. Biasanya Fiza perap dulu sehari awal sebelum panggang baru terasa bahan perap pada isi ayam tu. Kulit tu Fiza tak buang untuk keluarkan minyak dan sebagai alas untuk isi tak hangus nanti. Kulit tu jangan sesekali makan nanti bertambah lemaknya.


Untuk korang yang nak mencuba resepi ayam panggang madu black pepper versi Fiza ni boleh ikut resepi kat bawah ni. Resepi mudah-mudah je Fiza kongsikan.


Bahan-bahan
Ayam bahagian peha
Garam secukup rasa
Madu
Sos tiram
black pepper
Mixed herbs (oregano, rosemary dan lain-lain)
Hirisan lemon

Cara masak
1. Gaul rata semua bahan kecuali lemon bersama ayam
2. Perap seketika kemudian balut dengan aluminium foil dan bakar dalam pemanggang ajaib atau boleh terus bakar atas pan grill.
3. Lepas ayam masak boleh perahkan lemon. Kalau tak nak pun takpe, lemon tu nak bakar sekali bersama ayam pun boleh.

Hidangkan bersama salad dan tomato barulah seimbang menu dengan adanya sayur. Banyakkan makan sayur sebagai ulam bagi mendapat nutrisi semulajadi, Serat dan zat besi dapat membantu orang yang mempunyai masalah anemia.

Secara jujurnya Fiza sangat suka isi ayam bahagian peha ni sebab memang lembut dan rasa kemanisan madu bercampur black pepper tu memang power sedapnya. Rasa nak cheat day hari-hari. Jahat betul! Sabar Fiza sabar. Tambah pula ada campur herba. Ala-ala kenny rogers lah kononnya. Orang kata, lebih berbaloi masak sendiri. Boleh makan sepuasnya dan bila-bila masa boleh masak. Rajin tak rajin je nak masak. Betul tak? Selamat mencuba!
