Menu Diet Lunch : Resepi Ayam Bakar Lada Hitam


السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Selamat pagi semua orang! Sekejap sangat dah masuk hari khamis. Ada yang berpuasa ke hari ni? Kalau ada, mohon ampun maaf awal-awal sebab tunjuk gambar makanan. Tapi kalau dah niat puasa, confirm tak tergoda kan. Kalau tergoda juga anggap je dugaan berpuasa. Takpe takpe, boleh cuba masak nanti untuk menu berbuka puasa nanti pun bagus juga. Eat clean sesuai untuk semua orang bukan untuk orang yang diet sahaja.

Masak ayam bakar lada hitam @ black pepper ni paling mudah. Semua menu eat clean senang ya amat. Kukus, grill dan rebus. Itu je la kaedahnya. Menu ayam bakar lada hitam ni sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang diet sebab tanpa garam. Bahan-bahan serbuk tu je la bahan perasanya. Kena bertabah lah ye tanpa garam. Tapi untuk kau orang yang tak berdiet atau nak sedapkan menu ni boleh tambah garam sikit. Yang berdiet jangan cuba-cuba nak letak garam.

Resepi Ayam Bakar Lada Hitam
Kenapa guna bahagian dada? Sebab bahagian dada ayam ni isi je takde lemak. Sesuailah untuk mereka yang diet. Tapi yang tak syoknya bila dah masak ianya agak kering. Ye lah kan, takde lemak tak berminyak memang kering. Nasib ada black pepper, serbuk oregani dan jintan manis sebagai bahan penyedap. 

Bahan-bahan
1 Bahagian dada ayam
4 ulas bawang putih-dincang halus
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu kecil jintan manis
1 sudu kecil serbuk oregano

Cara Masak
1. Gaul ayam bersama semua bahan
2. Bakar dalam pemanggang ajaib atau pan grill. Bakar sehingga masak.

Hidangkan bersama segenggam nasi perang dan sayur salad/timun/tomato atau ulam-ulaman yang kau orang suka. Biasanya semua bahan Fiza dah perap awal. Senang nanti nak masak bakar je terus senang. Eat clean ni lagi cepat dan memudahkan kerja memasak sebenarnya. Tak perlu nak tumis bagai. Lepas tu masak menu utama je. Sayur-sayuran makan yang fresh je tak perlu masak 2 lauk macam tu. Mudah sangat!
