Menu Diet Lunch : Ikan Salmon Bakar Lemon


السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Kalau Fiza up post menu ikan salmon bakar lemon ni ramai yang tak tahan godaan ikan salmon ni. Sungguh menggodakan betul. Masa taip entri ni tengok gambar makanan pun dah rasa kesedapannya. Tapi kau orang kena faham menu orang diet. Sila bayangkan ikan salmon tanpa garam mesti kau orang tak teringin pun nak makan. Jangan hanya melihat pada gambar. Sedapnya belum tentu. Tapi setakat Fiza masak tanpa garam tekak masih boleh terima lagi sebab adanya black pepper sebagai perasa.

Ikan salmon kalau masak apa pun sedap. Tapi kalau ada ber sos sure lagi sedap. Kadang-kadang kalau nak rasa sedapnya Fiza letak garam sikit. Secubit kira aci lah kan. Sesekali nak juga rasa kesedapan sebenar ikan salmon. Kau orang yang tak berdiet tu takpelah boleh makan dengan pelbagai jenis sos dan letak bahan perasa lain. Tapi bagi kami orang yang berdiet memang kena had kan apa yang tak boleh. 


Untuk mereka yang diet sila ikut betul-betul resepi menu diet ni.

Bahan-bahan
1 potong Ikan Salmon
1 hiris lemon
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam

Cara Membuat
1. Perah jus lemon pada ikan salmon
2. Kemudian gaul rata lada hitam pada ikan salmon
3. Bakar guna pan grill atau pemanggang ajaib sehingga masak.

Simple sangat nak masak ikan salmon bakar lemon ni. Cuma kalau bakar atas non stick pan tu pastikan bahagian bawah dah masak betul baru terbalikkan ikan. Kalau belum masak, masa terbalikkan mesti bentuk potongan ikan tu rosak lari dari bentuk asal sebab tekstur ikan salmon ni agak lembut. Yang tak pakar masak macam Fiza kena hati-hati masa nak terbalikkan untuk jaga rupa bentuk tu cantik je. Ala, sama je macam goreng ikan tu.

Kebiasaanya yang orang selalu masak ikan salmon ni guna kaedah bakar je la. Kalau rebus agak-agak hancur tak isi ikan tu. Lagipun ikan salmon jenis cepat masak. Rasa pun berlemak sedap sebab ada lemak pada bahagian kulit tu.
Ikan salmon mempunyai kandungan lemak baik yang tinggi iaitu omega 3. Kandungan lemak baik yang tinggi memberikan perlindungan kepada jantung dari serangan sakit jantung dan membantu menurunkan paras kolestrol jahat dalam darah.
