Menu Diet Breakfast : Lempeng Kentang


السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Lempeng kentang salah satu menu breakfast untuk diet yang Fiza suka. Cuma nak buat lempeng kentang ni agak leceh sebab nak tunggu kentang masak empuk tu. Jadi, sebaiknya kau orang masak kentang tu dulu malam sebelum breakfast esoknya. Sebab takut ambil masa lama untuk sediakn breakfast sedangkan masa breakfast ni kalau boleh nak cepat dan menu mudah-mudah je kan. Tapi sesekali nak juga bertukar selera makan lempeng kentang.

Bila kentang dah siap masak awal, esok paginya dah senang kerja nak masak lempeng kentang. Nak lagi cepat, siap-siap lenyekkan kentang lepas rebus kentang tu. Tapi kalau kau orang banyak masa nak siapkan breakfast boleh je masak macam biasa. korang faham-faham lah nak tunggu kentang rebus tu masak berapa lama. Memang agak buang masa nak tunggu. Sekali tu je la Fiza masak lempeng kentang ni. Kena tunggu rajin nak menunggu kentang masak baru Fiza buat lagi.


Bahan-bahan
2 biji telur putih
1 biji telur kuning
1 biji kentang
4 sudu tuna in water
sedikit lada sulah
Salad

Cara Membuat
1. Rebus kentang sehingga lembut
2. Lenyekkan kentang dan gaul dengan semua bahan kecuali salad
3. Masak atas pan grill

Fiza sarankan masak lempeng kentang ni nipis-nipis je sebab kalau tebal sangat nanti dalam dia kurang sedap dan kurang masak walaupun kentang tu dah masak. Tapi kurang umphh rasa dia. Lebih baik nipis dan cepat nak masak pun. Selain sesuai untuk diet, sesuai juga breakfast untuk anak-anak yang suka makan kentang.

Lagi satu nak pesan, tuna tu pastikan tuna in water ye bukan jenis tuna yang ada mayonis bagai tu. Fiza beli ayam brand, Flakes in tuna. Dalam tu memang isi tuna kosong je. Fungsi tuna ni sama macam ikan salmon mempunyai kandungan lemak baik yang tinggi iaitu omega 3. Kandungan lemak baik yang tinggi memberikan perlindungan kepada jantung dari serangan sakit jantung dan membantu menurunkan paras kolestrol jahat dalam darah.
